Agreement

These terms cover this website and the Comnive Pro add-on, both provided by Westmar LLC. Using either means you accept them. PLACEHOLDER — name the governing jurisdiction.

The free plugin

The free Comnive plugin is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, whether you download it from this site or, once listed, from wordpress.org. Its licence governs your use of it, not these terms.

Licences

A Comnive Pro licence permits activation on the number of sites stated on the plan you bought, for the duration of the subscription. A licence includes updates and support while it is active.

Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by Freemius as merchant of record. Every plan comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if within 14 days of purchase you are unhappy with Comnive Pro, or have an issue we are unable to resolve, email hello@westmardev.com and we will consider a full refund.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute Pro without written permission.
Do not use Comnive to monitor sites you are not authorised to monitor.
Do not attempt to circumvent licence checks.

Warranty and liability

Comnive reports changes it detects on the pages it is configured to watch. It is not a security guarantee, a backup, or a substitute for keeping a site maintained. PLACEHOLDER — insert reviewed warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.
